These Columbine Breckenridge Condos are situation in a premium spot next to the Waterhouse complex with easy access to Main Street and the Quicksilver chairlift on Peak 9.  The condominum complex got an exterior facelift in 2013 and look great with its rock pillars joining with the wood beams.  The Columbine Condos Breckenridge have nice open balconies but unfortunately association rules prohibit complex.  On the backside of the complex is a wooded courtyard with paved walkways providing comforting shade from the summers rays.  Its a short 2 min walk to Main Street and about a 3 minute walk to the Quicksilver Chairlift and Maggies Pond.  The complex is part of the Columbine Recreation Center and is just at the end of the Cul de Sac on Snowberry Lane.  Enjoy time in the outdoor heated pool or oversized indoor/outdoor hot tubs at the Columbine Pool Center.  Additional amenities include on-site underground heated parking, on-site laundry and private patios for relaxing or enjoying your morning coffee.
