The focus of this community are all the condominium complexes located off of Columbine Road which is essentially a half circle connecting to Broken Lance Drive.  In the heart of the community is the Columbine Recreation Center which houses an outdoor pool and indoor and outdoor hot tubs.  The recreation center is open on a seasonal basis to members of the association.  The breckenridge condos and town homes located in this area are in one of the most sought after locations on a year round basis.  They use to call this area for the four seasons because of the great location in the winter and summer.  The appeal of this location is the proximity to town and the Quicksilver Chairlift.  In the summertime it doesn't take long to figure out the appeal is how close to town the community is located, yet how sheltered it is from the traffic of Main Street.  It is so close to nature and the Blue River that its not uncommon to see the neighborhood fox patrolling the grounds.  The Burrow Trailhead is about a 3-5 min walk from this area and the Blue River stream runs along the ski area boundary of this neighborhood.
