There are over 100 Breckenridge condominium complexes within the town of Breckenridge Colorado so picking the right complex for your need could be a challenging task. The condo complexes are labeled as ski in/out, walking distance, ski in walk out, and then shuttle in shuttle out. There are a few key neighborhoods that have similar characteristics. The most sought after neighborhood is Peak 9 which has many ski in and ski out properties and is pretty much close to the heart of the town of Breckenridge. Surrounding Peak 9 is the Warrior's Mark area which is essentially at the Base of Peak 9. Most of these condos are walking distance to the Quicksilver Chairlift and town. The Four O'Clock section of town spans from condos adjacent to Beaver Run to all the condominium complexes that border the Four O'Clock Ski Run. Then you have a very small area growing around the Gondola the features ski in acccess of the Skiway run. Peak 8 Covers the stretch of properties on the way to Peak 8 driving along Ski Hill Road. this includes all the tributary roads that spur off of Ski Hill road. There is also another neighborhood of high end luxury houses in ar area called Shock Hill. To the north of Peak 8 is is the Peak 7 base area which only contains two properties at the base called Grand Lodge and Crystal Peak Lodge. The Historic District are the condos and houses off of French Street and Ridge Street paralelling Main Street.
